English Language Learners are studying a new language while being expected to learn new math content. You will learn teaching strategies and easy-to-implement classroom activities that benefit not only high needs students, but all students. During this session, you will gain a greater sense of the needs of English LanguageLearners and you will learn to adapt your own lessons so they include all four domains that are essential for learning language. Everyone will be reading, writing, speaking, listening and doing math at the same time, in no time.
